Listed below are instructions for students completing graduate courses, 证书, 代言, licensures programs.

Important: 研究生 programs in the following departments have program-specific applications: Applied Medicine and Rehabilitation; Psychology; Social Work; and Communication Disorders, 和咨询, 学校, Educational Psychology. Applicants to these programs must contact the program coordinator or visit the department's website prior to submitting any admission materials. [details].

2. $45.00 application fee (nonrefundable). 签证支付, 万事达卡, or check or money order payable to Indiana State University (include SSN or student ID). 不接受现金. An application cannot be evaluated until the fee has been received.

3. 学生 pursuing certificate programs must submit official transcripts for all institutions attended (undergraduate and graduate). 正式的, transcripts must be sent directly from the school attended to 研究生招生 (see address above). E-transcripts should be sent to admissions@sekee.net

4. 学生 pursuing courses or licensure/endorsement programs must submit 下列之一: an unofficial transcript conferring a degree; or 毕业证书复印件; or a copy of teaching license.

5. 官方 GRE考试, GMAT考试, 实践 scores (if required by program) must be sent directly from testing center to 研究生招生 (above).

6. Please upload and attach any additional application materials required by the department as part of the online application process (if required), 例如, 目的陈述书, resumes/curriculum vita. Refer to the admissions requirements for individual programs published in the graduate catalog or contact the program director as the required documents vary.

Admission Requirements

Admission is evaluated based on the strength of the application, including:

  • 本科 GPA or previous graduate GPA
  • GRE考试 or GMAT考试 test scores (if required by the program)
  • Recommendation letters (if required by the program)
  • Statement of purpose (if required by the program)
